Operation Uganda cares for over 250 orphaned and vulnerable children in Uganda with plans to rescue much more, but thanks to your support we are able to continue to rescue and transform lives, it can be saving a baby on the brink of death with the mother not having the funds to see a doctor, to providing accommodation for a family who have been living on the streets, to providing care and support for families in desperate situations. We want to help build stronger communities and bring hope to the hopeless in their time of need. That means getting our hands dirty, it means it costs money, time and energy, but to save, rescue and transform lives what price can we put on that. I would ask you to consider donating towards our work and be a part of saving a life, account details are below and all donations are tax deductible if donated within Australia. Empowering People 11 women whom most of are widowed, some are HIV positive and all are from desperate & vulnerable situations, all these 11 women have children and had been trying their hardest to care and provide for their families, believing that one day things would get better, well that day came for the 11 women pictured in the gallery with Jen, they completed a 5 week Womens Empowerment Course that they learnt health and hygiene, business practices, Christian living, and most importantly a skill that will enable them to provide for their families. After the picture was taken of their graduation and presentation of their certificate and new bible the women were so happy to be given an opportunity to become empowered to change their circumstances. We are about to begin another course soon and release more families into a new beginning. Thanks for being part of the solution Yes the issues, problems and needs in Uganda are huge, but with your help we are able to continue to bring hope and practical help to the people here.
