Projects needing Funding:

We have a number of projects that require funding:

Mobile Medical and Community Vehicle – $45,000 AUD

One of the greatest needs among communities is access to medical care and supplies, this vehicle will enable us to practically address medical needs, such as Malaria, Cholera, HIV/AIDS awareness, and post & pre natal care. The vehicle will also enable us to identify and address needs in communities with Vulnerable and Orphaned children. Equipped with a nurse and a driver we will be able to access areas of greatest need within Kampala and Rural areas.

Jordan House - $80,000 AUD

We currently have 2 locations available in slum areas of Kampala where we can operate the Jordan House model that impacts a community on 3 levels – firstly through rescuing the abandoned and orphaned children living on the streets, secondly through impacting the community through child and community development programs such as sponsorship programs enabling children to attend school, have regular medical checks, and also implement sustainable projects for families relating to water, sanitation and food which is the greatest need, and thirdly transforming a nation through training leaders and planting churches.

Pastor Sponsorship Program - $300 AUD per month

We have formed strategic partnerships with many local pastors and their greatest need is regular financial support- with the added confidence of Operation Uganda administrating and overseeing pastor support you can be assured that your support is used effectively and with integrity.

Jordan House Project Support - $100 AUD - $1000 AUD per month

Our current Jordan House at Kasubi/Kawaala is in need of project support to enable us to implement programs to address needs within the community such as HIV/AIDS training courses, hygiene and sanitation projects, to implement new pit latrine and Bio sand filters programs in households and also begin a medical centre on site facilitating both Jordan House residents and community members. Your support will also enable us to staff accordingly i.e. a qualified nurse, social workers.

All of the above projects are fully tax deductible for donors from Australia – should you require more information about a project or wish to support Operation Uganda please contact us.
