In Uganda millions of children live in extreme poverty, unable to attend school, exposed to hunger and disease, and often neglected or abused. This can be overwhelming, but your ability to help a child in need may be greater than you think. .We all update our mobile phones and either give the old one to the kids as a toy, or store it away in some dark old corner, why not give it to us, mobile phones have revolutionized Africa as land lines are basically not functional it now means that we can communicate with people throughout Africa. We pass your mobile phone onto a local pastor, or a volunteer in the field, your phone may end up in a the hands of a field worker in the war torn Nth Uganda, or in the refugee camps. Whether a youth group, a church or community group, or individual; short term and medium term treks are welcome by Operation Uganda, we will assist you in managing your visit with accommodation, transport – we currently have building projects, ministry, medical and teaching opportunities. A person with either basic or trade qualifications in building, construction and plumbing; to assist in the completion of Jordan House Kasubi.
To implement community initiatives and programs ranging from Child and community sponsorship programs to community development projects. Overseeing a national staff and interacting with community leaders and educational facilities in Uganda.
To oversee a community medical clinic based out of Jordan House Kasubi – implementing pre natal and post natal clinic and treat community people and children in the sponsorship program.
